Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Haytham Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who visits this website or engages us for services. This policy explains what we collect, why, how it is used and stored, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to visitors and clients everywhere we operate, including India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and is drafted to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and equivalent data-protection regimes in the Gulf markets we serve.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what is generated automatically by your browser.

  • Information you provide. When you submit our contact or consultation form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, country and a description of your project. If you email or WhatsApp us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server logs technical details such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time of visit, used only for security, diagnostics and understanding site usage in aggregate.
  • Information from engagements. If you become a client, we collect the additional information necessary to deliver a project — for example billing details, technical requirements, and data you provide as part of the work itself. That information is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form, email or WhatsApp.
  • To prepare proposals, quotes and scope documents for prospective engagements.
  • To deliver, support and invoice active projects.
  • To send you updates you have asked for, such as a reply to a query or a scheduled call — we do not add contact-form submissions to a marketing list without separate, explicit consent.
  • To maintain the security, performance and legal compliance of our website and business.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes, under any circumstances.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or message us directly, and on the basis of contractual necessity once you engage us for a project. Where local law requires a separate lawful basis — for example legitimate interest for basic security logging — we rely on the narrowest basis that applies.

4. Third-Party Services

Parts of this website load resources from a small number of third-party providers, each acting under their own privacy policy:

  • Google Fonts — used to render site typography.
  • jsDelivr (CDN) — serves the Bootstrap framework and icon assets used to build the site.
  • Google Maps — embedded on our Contact page to show our office location.
  • WhatsApp — our "Chat with us" links open a conversation directly in WhatsApp, governed by Meta's own privacy policy once you leave our site.

We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this website. If that changes, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool goes live.

5. Data Storage & Security

Contact-form submissions are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized Haytham Tech Solutions personnel who need it to respond to your enquiry. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) — appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and for a limited period afterward for legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. Client project data is retained per the terms of the relevant service agreement and applicable statutory record-keeping requirements.

7. International Data Transfers

We serve clients across India and the Gulf. Where a project requires data to be hosted or processed outside your home country — for example on cloud infrastructure in a specific region for residency or performance reasons — we agree the hosting location with you in advance as part of project scoping.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data, where we are not required to retain it for legal or contractual reasons.
  • Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on consent, at any time.
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any event within the period required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and any such data discovered will be deleted promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
